Founded in 2021 by Seda Nüfusçu to bring her 25 years of corporate experience to the field of coaching, Dahlia Coaching & Consulting offers leadership development solutions to organizations and individuals, especially team coaching, executive coaching, mentoring and human resources consultancy.

We recognize that the organizations, teams and individuals we work with are unique and whole, and we approach every communication and relationship we establish with them with this awareness and care. In some of the projects we carry out, we cooperate with experts and institutions with whom we agree on basic values. 

Trust, cooperation, honesty and care are the values we take as a basis for realizing all our projects.

We provide all our services not only in Turkey but also in English to our international clients.

SEDA NÜFUSÇU

Executive and Relationship Systems Coach, Global HR Manager, Leadership Development and Talent Management Expert

I have worked in the field of Human Resources for more than 20 years in different roles in multinational companies. Throughout my career, I have attended various trainings on leadership and coaching. I received PCC, CPCC and ORSCC coaching certificates and titles. After the coaching trainings I received at CTI in 2012, I started coaching managers and high potential employees in the companies I worked in. I also designed in-house mentoring programs.

In my last role, I served as CHRO at HeidelbergCement Trading. I led human resources in all offices of HCT in EMEA, Americas and APAC with 35 different nationalities and was part of the global ExCom team for 5 years. Since 2021, I have been continuing my career at Dahlia Coaching and Consulting, where I am the founder, providing professional coaching, training and consultancy services. I have been a member of the ICF Management Disciplinary Board since 2022.

I believe that people and teams are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. I believe that my leadership experience in a multinational and culturally diverse work environment and my training in psychology help me to provide effective coaching solutions for organizations, managers and teams in today's chaotic world to unlock their potential and support their leadership development.
