For Organizations

  • What is Executive Coaching? What Does It Do?

Executive coaching is a highly personalized and effective way to help managers and leaders unlock their full potential and achieve their professional goals. By working with an executive coach, individuals can gain new perspectives, develop new skills and overcome the obstacles and challenges that stand in the way of achieving their best performance.

With a hands-on, results-oriented approach that focuses on individual strengths and needs, an executive coach works with you to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies for success.

    How do we work?

In the first session, we have an exploratory session with the manager where we identify their coaching goals. During the rest of the coaching sessions, we work towards these professional and personal goals. In the last session, we make an evaluation where we review the whole process and achievements. We usually plan the work in 8-10 sessions of 1 hour each. We can conduct the meetings face-to-face or online.

We work with senior and intermediate managers in the organization.

Some of the issues we are working on:

    - Leadership Competencies

    - Team Management

    - Organization Strategies

    - Managing Change

    - Foreign Assignments and Adaptation to the New Culture

  • The Leadership Circle Profile® (LCP) provides a detailed snapshot in time, allowing leaders to answer the question: "How do my behaviors and mindset enable or constrain my intended leadership impact and our business performance?"

We provide you with feedback and coaching as a certified coach of the Leadership Circle Profile, one of the most effective tools in the world for unlocking your leadership potential.

  • "Stronger Teams, Better Results"

One of the pillars of an organization's success is teamwork and collaboration. Employees are the most important asset of a company. The relationship and communication between employees affects the success and results of the organization. Teams that are productive and positive sustain success over the long term and resolve conflicts better.

When working with teams, we use the 'Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching' approach and principles during team coaching sessions. ORSC is one of the most powerful coaching models for working with integrated and team dynamics based on Relationship Systems Intelligence. Beyond Emotional Intelligence (relationship with self) and Social Intelligence (relationship with others), it is the area of Relationship Systems Intelligence where the focus shifts to one's relationship with the group, team or system. This approach creates sustainable and resilient teams, organizations and families.

    When is Team Coaching Useful?

Mergers and acquisitions, organizational changes, leadership changes, company culture changes, communication between multicultural teams, improving teamwork, toxic communication and conflicts between teams can be some of the areas where team coaching creates transformational change.

    How do we work?

We work with management teams, departments, managers and employees, colleagues and the entire organization in mergers.

We combine team coaching activities with team experiences to make them more effective and efficient.

Some of the experiences we include in the team coaching program:

    - Sailing as a team with sailing instructors

    - Preparing a menu and cooking as a team with a professional chef

    - Art activities accompanied by a professional expert

What Areas Can Team Coaching Transform?

    - Communication and collaboration within and between teams

    - Determining team goals and vision

    - Developing trust within and between teams

    - Resolution of intra-team and inter-team conflicts, development of relationships

    - Developing leadership competencies of team members

    - Increasing ownership and belonging

    - Developing problem solving and decision making skills

  • Mentoring is a reciprocal and collaborative voluntary relationship that often occurs between a senior and a junior employee for the purpose of mentee growth, learning and career development. Usually the mentor and mentee are within an organization and the emphasis is on mentoring for organizational goals, culture, career objectives and professional development. There is also reverse mentoring, where senior leaders have the opportunity to be mentored by younger people and gain new skills and perspectives.

Since 2006, we have been designing mentoring programs in organizations, providing mentoring trainings and supervision.
